1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs
We handle every order with care:

  • Processing Time: Allow 2–5 business days for order review, quality checks, and packaging. During high-demand periods (holidays or promotions), processing may take up to 6 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 is applied to all orders, no matter the location.

2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by region:

  • United States: 8–14 business days

  • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 10–16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14–21 business days

Please note, seasonal demand or customs processing may slightly affect delivery times.

3. Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Tracking Updates: May take 1–3 business days to become active.

  • Delayed Updates: Don’t worry if there’s a delayβ€”it doesn’t mean your order is lost.

4. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • You’re responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

  • Sole Desire, Inc. is not liable for customs delays.

Customs fees are typically minimal but may vary by country.

5. Order Changes or Cancellations
We aim to process orders quickly, but changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase by emailing service@vantiquehome.com. Once an order is in processing, changes cannot be made.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We want your experience to be perfect:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo within 72 hours. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms your order is lost, we’ll provide a replacement free of charge.
