Return & Refund Policy – Hassle-Free Returns

At Sole Desire, Inc., we prioritize your satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Have the original packaging and tags (if applicable)

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Return an Item

Once your return is approved, we will:

  • Provide a return shipping label

  • Include instructions on how and where to send the item

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (food, beverages, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

5. Exchanges
To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following the instructions above.

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

This process ensures faster exchange handling.

6. International Orders – EU Customers
For European Union customers, you can return your order within 14 days for any reason, in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

Requirements:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase must be included

7. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. Additional time may be needed by your bank or credit card provider. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at service@vantiquehome.com.
